RE: Muse is in the Hospital
I have no idea what teratoma is, but the nurse said the tumor was 100% benign as were the cysts on the other side :)

RE: Muse is in the Hospital
Okay! :) My surgery went awesome. They removed a 17 pound tumor along with my right ovary and fallopian tube. They removed 5 cysts from my left ovary, but they saved it. (Freaking awesome.) The surgery itself went as perfectly as it could have. I'm home already and on massive pain killers for recovery, which should take about 1-2 months til I'll be completely healed.
Thanks everyone for the best wishes and the thoughts. It meant a ton to me. I appreciate all of you all the more for it.
Loves and hugs.

RE: Mage 101
Dude.. have you ever seen my characters? lol
I would challenge any of you to make a more mechanically inept character than I do. I've taken the concept of "rp build" to the illogical extreme. There are those rare occasions when I long for my character to be useful…
Maybe I'll role a wizard.

RE: Mage 101
Disagreeing greatly with the STR as a stat dump in this - especially on CoA. A Magi will eat poop and die horribly if he/she ever decides to adventure anywhere not flat without str. I'd actually recommend at least a 10-12 str for any mage. For the simple fact that climb checks are retarded stupid and will kill you almost as quick as a cranky bear who's looking for a fleshy snack.
There's also the inevitable fact that you're going to become encumbered with no strength. Hell - I have 14 on my current mage and I'm still encumbered all the time. Wasting a bull's strength on myself is hardly beneficial to others in the group.

RE: Muse is in the Hospital
Welp. Update for today.
I'm scheduled for surgery on the 29th of this month. I'm guessing it's moderately serious since the doc said his schedule was booked through June but he made a spot for me in 2 weeks.
The softball size "cyst" is now a football sized "mass" aka tumor. They're removing half my girl bits - my right ovary and filopian (however it's spelled) tube. They're going to try to save the left ovary, but the surgeon isn't sure if he can until he gets in there. He's uncertain if it is cancer or not, and won't be able to tell until the things are actually removed.
