As always my screens are the best ones, so they must be posted first so that all others may pale in comparison.
So, the evil fella makes his first appearances.
But he knew how to reward his men. (Not that I ever knew one)
And so the heroes prepare for the assault.
Even the landscape is an omen.
Yet they fought.
And fought.
And fought.
And fought.
And fought.
But many more dangers are ahead.
But oh, courageous are our heroes.
Facing alone mighty foes.
With sometimes questionable results.
But even when surrounded
They never gave up.
Even relying on cheap tactics for a Knight. Bows.
But in the end every enemy is defeated, except those hiding, too afraid to face our mighty Knights
Only the last foe remains.
Before our heroes can face the vile General Kreel

A few more of Kreel in his Evilness. I missed any screenshots of the Skull Pillar battle, that was bloodier than I'd thought it would be–then again--I expected heroes up against undead to bring a priest with Deathward.

Why would a cleric facing an undead army prepare Death Ward or Protection from Negative Energy? Come on Moloch, you're nuts.
That pillar of skulls basically cut our party in half.

Good scrap. I am so gutted that Marin failed in the first part of the battle. She was petrified with fear and then, whilst terrified, she was pelted by arrows with nowhere to run and no one with a wand near to heal her.
Heck if Valerian, our resident cleric had been doing his job properly, Marin would never had died. Fancy not bringing Death Ward potions and not healing your mates! Gahh, last time I go on a venture with Valerian! :wink:

Still, after being dragged to the tower by Kreel and his minions, she recovered from her wounds (respawned!) and ended up grabbing a crossbow from one of the packs and some healing wands and doing her level best to aid her mates, in her bra and panties!

i couldnt hit Kreel with my sword much, and when he disarmed me, I used my secondary Undead weapon. I used two whole serious healing wands on the bastard.

I'll be coming to ask for a refund (even though I didnt pay for it) because they werent Kreel proof. Tsk Tsk…
Was great fun though, and the pillar of skulls was an interesting touch, and an eerie image in my mind of dozens of skulls spilling forth Cloudkills.
Of course Kreel knocked me out right at the end, stealing my victory dance opportunity again, Just like Zxhoo! ><

He wasn't part of the party, he was following us.
He later came to our rescue when only 4/11 of the party was left alive.
