The Gathering!

Yeah, it's OOC recruitment, but we do try hard to find IC folks too, but our numbers have suffered a slew of losses in the Banda wherewithall, so I'm hoping to drive up a bit more so we can get the IC recruiting going a bit better.
The Gathering consist of all sorts of folks who share a general sense of harmony with the land and follow semi-druidic ways to varying extents. They livei n harmony with the land, don't tend to make war o neach other without good reason or outside of specialized trials, and generally oppose your standard fare of abberations, undead, outsiders, rampaging magery, and other such threats to the land.
Any class can work within it, provided they can follow those sort of precepts (higher members swear a set of oaths about it) and rise to any of the ranks within the faction.). Likewise, any deities is a good one too, barring devil-lords, velsharoon, and a few other cases.
We also have ploticial-esque agendas too, and conflict both within and outside the faction is encouraged, so sign up today!

Those who would join us in full must swear Oath in one of the Sacred places, received by an Elder.
Though the words come from ones heart, for in that lies value beyond mere parroting of given words, the Oaths must always uphold the following principles.
_To live in harmony with the Land and the Balance. Take only what is needed of it's bounty, and do not savage wastefully upon it. Hunt in the true ways for your meat, and respect your prey.
To stand against the invaders of other worlds, the dead-walkers, and the unnatural spawns of the Underdark and magical experiments. As well as others who would defile the land such as the slain dragon Zxhoo.
Take not the blood of another of the Gathering in murder or violence. Exceptions to this may be asked from Elders, and trials will be arranged that will settle such disputes._
