Anaveir asks the local librarian for any articles or tomes detailing the battle between Azoun the IV and the great dragon. In particular, she searches for mention of the site of the battle in which they were each slain, and where the dragon was sighted most frequently, or otherwise reigned.

The dragon reigned over Arabel after defeating the city. No known lair was ever located. The dragon and the king died just west of East Way village-slain mutually in combat-but the dragon's body was never found and it supposedly turned to dust when the king slew the beast or disappeared in a burst of magical energy.
