Waylon Renders walks up to the librarian and gently taps him on his shoulder Excuse me sir and please don't be alarmed due to the state of my arm. In fact that is why I am here.
A few days ago a novice of the mage guild came here looking for a book on how to possibly mend this shows the librarian his arm but I have not heard from him since.
I now come here to ask you if you happen to have any books or information on how to mend a damage like this or if its even possible to restore the lost muscles and flesh? As there is nothing more than my bones left on what used to be my left arm, I greatly appreciate any information I can get.

A librarian, shivers at the touch and starts staring at the skeleton arm for a few moments in total shock, silently screaming (given that its a library). He then flees for the door.

If you must mount the gallows, give a jest to the croud, a coin to the hangman, and make the drop with a smile on your lips.

One of the Senior Librarians sends a note to the Mage Guild.

Have you considered approaching those who have skill in healing? The Shrine of Ilmater in the city might be a good start.
