c. Ties with House Misrim who will support and fund any action they take that weakens Arabel or strengthens Obyn's hold on Tilverton.

Needs regular sources of XP and GP beyond 'wages' - stuff to do is very important.

Bounty hunter NPC who collects (insert various monster drops) and grants XP/GP
Better bounty hunter available with more prestige.
That's one source

exclusive prestige shop, imo. Must be a member to utilize.
This should be for all factions really, and you shouldn't be able to trade them.

It is, but we could have both.

- Favors Obyn cause he trickles coin into their pockets
- Wants to undermine Arabel, some in favor of Cormyr, others in favor of obyn as king
- Wants to establish a profitable black market
- Wants to sow chaos in Arabel and Eveningstar
- Wants to bolster Tilverton's independence
- Wants to claim the Stonelands under Tilverton's control
- Wants to stick it up to Mossmere that abandoned Tilverton and wants to regulate people
- Wants to stick it up to Goldfeather that hid behind Vaylan and acts so above all others
- Wants to stick it up to Eveningstar that keeps being lawful, do goody and so full of themselves

Black market merchants could appear in Tilderton when X prestige is gained.
They could then appear in Arabel itself when even more prestige is gained.

I like this, means players gotta put in some effort to keep the market alive

We could look at supporting the player group Scarlet Syndicate right away with stuff and if the players really go after it like Nich and company, that becomes a faction
