Moving "animal spawns" away from roads

Now that we're getting more roads into the setting, can we move the animal-spawns away from the roads and deeper into the forests themselves, and instead replace them with bandits, goblins and the sort? It'd make more sense, since generally animals avoid the roads where humans travel.
For instance, you usually find alot bear and boars on the road to East Way.
Easy enough fix, just need to change the CARES name. I don't think its a bad idea.
