Looking for a servant?
-
@trader:
Do you need a loyal servant for your personal plot(s)? You are not member of a DM faction? You prefer dark, shady and evil figures over the doing-good-all-day guys? Send me a message with your ideas.
@trader:
Don't give me the join C0G / join House X Y Z crap.
-
Wanna join CoG?
-
Join House X. We are a mutant academy led by Lord Charles Xavier.
-
I fired Chase, Foreman doesn't want to turn into me and quit. Cameron left because the other two did.
The diagnostic department of Princeton Plainsboro is severely understaffed, and Cuddy wants me to find a new team.
Join me, Dr. House, in unravelling mysteries.
-
Join House Z! Lord Zen'lirach the Lich is looking to expand his underground undead empire and enslave the city in his dark shackles and need YOU to help him fell the local paladins!
-
Join House Y. Simply because House X and Z are too mainstream. (Warning: Joining House Y may result in House Y becoming too mainstream, hence, do not join House Y.)
-
I need shady evil guys to help with my plots but i tend to pick them out in game.
Be shady and evil in game and become known as shady and evil and i'll no doubt hunt you out.

While the trolling is always amusing, I imagine it also often sucks for people interested in ideas to have to sift through the useless shit. I'm guilty of it as well, of course, so throw stones. I deserve them.
That being said, Notsoslimshady hit it on the head, and this should be a note to anyone looking for a concept these days. If you want to get in on the "ground floor" of a brand new concept, that's maybe not clear enough from the original post. However, if you are looking for team evil, or team good, there are blatant, public representatives of both sides who you can contact, with little to no peril for a starting character. Best bet is to start with the obvious sources, and let them lead you to the less than obvious sources.
And the best advice? Don't stand around the adventuring guild hoping someone will come recruit you, or you'll just become part of the quest brigade, which, while fun, is also sometimes despised.

At least my suggestion was blatantly evil!

I may be in a dm faction but heck! I need me a lackey! Send me a pm!
