Encountered two bugs in a row, and I've no clues how the issue tracker forum works.

Basically, our group died due to me being stuck in a coffin, I got pushed in there by a vampire that spawned. Everyone tried to come and 'bump' me out of there so we could proceed to run somewhere safer to fight, but they all died, and then I died.
After that we got in the fugue.
When I raised, I ended up in the temple, and after 1-2 second I got teleported back to the fugue plane.
