Questions About Persons of Interest in Current Lore

Hey,
I'm doing some research in the Purple Dragons and wonder if Brace Skatterhawk and Alusair Obarskyr exist in the current setting. I checked the timelines and the history section to see if they were killed or never born, but nothing stated as such. Although I couldn't find anything, I just wanted to clear it up because of the disclaimer in the 'Settings' thread.

Both have been visible in CoA history, Skatterhawk once tried to oust Lord Lhal which lead to the Civil war between Arabel and Cormyr. The Steel Princess was the acting Reagent until King Azoun V came of age, however the Princess disappeared after Azoun V became king.
Skatterhawk was a Lord and was once Lord of the Northern Cormyrian forces. Then he got executed
