Starry Sky
-
The Ministry consults with the Librarians, looking to references to visions of a Starry Sky. Descriptions are provided of a Sky filled with Stars, that makes the woods go quiet. Those afflicted are lulled to sleep. If disturbed, great anger is sensed, and the undead are summoned.

A chronicler in the Arabel City Library confirms that many references to Starry Sky can be found in the tomes, and many people of renown dreamt of it. The description which the Ministry provided corresponds to these accounts and woods do indeed go quiet when the Starry Sky comes, as both men and creatures go to sleep under its sinister influence. A great anger comes from those who are disturbed from the slumber while still under Starry Sky, usually after the initial disorientation that comes from being woken up too early, followed by questions why such was necessary and why they could not sleep longer. If the said person that you wake up is a necromancer, he can indeed summon the undead to punish you. The chronicler advises that to find this Starry Sky, one must undertake a quest of patience and wait until the next sunset, praying to Selune, Talos and Umberlee to keep the clouds away in order to spot it.
