Been looking around the server and at first glance it seems nice enough to stick around to find out more! Names' Sorpigal, I played on other RP and PW servers before and looking for new challenges. I'm not used to the low level/magic experience though.
I made a random character but I wont stick with it. Need to think what concept to play, but I would prefer if you guys could give me pointers and maybe welcome me among your ranks if you got a knight looking for a squire or a rogue king looking for a apprentice, might be fun and could help me get to know the server more.

House Vermandois is one of a number of Player Factions that are recruiting. If you're interested in joining a loyal band and working for specific goals, poke me or ProofByContradiction. We intend to gather a small, close knit band that drives hard. Where we go will be affected by who is in the band, so we're looking for those players who wish to put effort in to get reward out. You can seek us out IG if you wish.
My advise would be to play your current char for a bit and get a feel for the server and then consider what you might wish to do. DM factions are a real winner if you wish to impact the server, but writing an Application is needed and this may well be easier when you've become more familiar with the server. Player factions often rise quickly and then fade alsmost as quickly when the Faction creater starts to think of a new concept. Some last a long time because of loyalty and the fun they generate. Look around and watch.
One key think to ask is, do you enjoy playing a Fast Burner or a Slow Roaster. Different factions look for different things and are played by different styles of players. You'll have more fun if you find a faction that matches your play style.

You really want to play in a rising noble house with Lamancha. Its that much awesome and you always have friends and enemies you can rely on.

Jokes aside lets not make potentially rude comments about others… Welcome to the server, plenty of things out there, especially with having 10+ characters just been killed/retired, IRC is a great place to find a concept aswell.

Thank you guys for the warm welcome and suggestions. And dont worry, I'll be reading the rules in depth, though I doubt it is much different than the other places I played at, dont do to others what you dont want them to do to you and know the difference between IG and OOC…
