If a hak, then what content?

After a long (and pretty moot) discussion in the irc regarding possible benefits of a hak, I want to hear people's opinions on -WHAT- you'd want to see implemented or think -SHOULD- be implemented through a hak?
Because seriously, I am curious. And no answers like "New stuff/spells/weapons/monsters/tilesets" but specifics!
I'd want to see unicorrns.
Two handed war-hammers/clubs
A throwing weapon like Chakra (or whatever it is called)
A selection of hats (top hat, pirate hat, ninja mask, baret, others as well, but those spring to mind)
A real way to disguise oneself.
So, what would you want to see added?

-new tilesets to replace the silly terraces
-if PrCs, then ones with not-that-strong perks so that they can be easier to get.
-not big fan of new spells/classes…

Dynamic Monster Races Models. That is to say PC lizard man/Kobolds/and so on, would have their toons change as a normal PC's would, if they change armor.
More Feats and PRC's.
Oodles of new monsters. Modrons.
Monsters and tilesets would be it for me. Maybe weapon models.
I could care less about anything else.

Feats, PrCs, Spells would all be positive changes for me.
New Monsters combined with new tilesets that then progressed into new scripted quests would be a positive move.
The landscaping and equipment made available for cosmetic reasons would not be worth it alone, but I wouldn't object.
Planar creatures. and more planar landscapes.
New weapons and tilesets and monsters would be cool. Like OWLBEARS!

Yuan-ti abominations, anathemas and Nagas!
More cosmetic things like hats, hoods, would be cool.
New spells, sorcerer spellcasting themes (like a sorcerer sub-class - ala wizards - which grants some bonuses through feats or spell-selection with some limitation on spell-selection)
New hand-held item appearances that act like weapons/whatever-else as far as the game engine is concerned but are infact visibly and mechanically trinkets like: bardic harps that need to be held to be used; specialist wizard wands/books/prayer-beads for clerics that, when held, grant certain bonuses ranging from feats to skills to whatever else like any other item (or you can just hit someone with them for meager damage).
Giving any character with improved unarmed fighting visibly different combat animations (probably the least possible to do from this list)
EDIT: Ah! Some more setting based PRCs that arn't quite so prestigious as things like Red Dragon Disciple. eg. Guild Mage, available to any character who makes it into the Guild proper; Archivest for Candlekeep; Sheriff Marshall for sheriffs; Knight of the Red Hart etc. etc!
Everything I want to see would be cosmetic, which, for some reason, does not appear to be important to people. I want to see new models for PCs, new animations, new armor and clothing options, hats and hoods, more weapon options from the source books (chakras, falchions, light maces and heavy maces, mauls, short spears and long spears).
Things I do not want to see are things which move the server away from the D&D core around which this game is based; unheard of character classes, prestige classes, spells, etc. I play this game, and not other RPGs, because this game is based upon D&D, and I would not want the options of the hak to make this server too far removed from D&D.
cant most visual stuff be accomplished with an override?
I think the for/against argument looks even. If we did implement changes I would like to see new prcs, feats and monster models.

I've been saying that since day 1.
Haks to uh… uh...
I guess new monsters?
For realz though I can't think of anything I'd like to see on the server that isn't already there.

new weapons and new feats for those would be priority for me..
a few more other feats too would be nice. anything to give more options/dynamics to character design. (maybe even flaws.. i.e. negative feats that give a bonus for something else)
tweaking chain shirts so it would be counted as "light" for rangers..
cosmetic changes, while nice , are not really high on the to do list..
though new areas is always good.
weapon models such as mauls, falchions, stabbing spears, blade variations
removable hoods, masks, hats
heads, body phenotypes, etc
class and feat variations to allow more accessible PrC choices that can be attained - shadow adept, arcane trickster, divine disciples, etc
tile and placeable additions to create better immersion
Classes, abilities, feats. (Give us 3.5 edition ranger!)
On an item bases, hoods, masks and the like.
Support for disguises finally.

Modrons? Like this?

Uhm…. I'd surely want to see some modrons too. but... what the hell is a modron? I'm pretty sure we don't have modrons here in Hungary.
Something from the plane of mechanics i think. It's something with mechanical creatures that follow simple rules, and more complicated ones exist too or something..
Weapon models, I would like in a hak. Not new weapons, because feats tend not to work for them. I'm not sure what models could be extra used, obviously there'll be plenty available for 'one-shot' quests, but such quests could probably be implemented using current models as well and with a tadbit different setting. hak space should not be a waste. :P
More head and clothing models that don't put much strain on older computers would be also very nice. Although, CoA already has loincloths, we're pretty much settled for coolness.
