I'd suggest finding a concept that can fit a faction run by the DMs.
Misguided Hero (Someone who thinks they are doing the right thing and outwardly seems goodly, but they just get it wrong)
Loud Mouth Sneak (Some sneaky individual who lets his mouth run and get's him/her in trouble)
Wisened Father/Mother figure (An older character with nurturing/guiding tendancies)
