Argenta pours over all known resources for a plane named Raatos, specifically, where its located on the planar spectrum, what type of atmosphere/ elements are to be expected and commonly found there, indiginous life there, focusing very closely on types of creatures that hail from there.. that are also found somewhere on the prime material, if any.

She's unable to find anything about a plane named "Raatos", but she is able to find a book of translated runes from some ruins. Apparently in a long dead dialect of Abyssal 'Raatos' means "Place of Insane Winds".
