Neverwinter Nights 2 Offline Patch?

I own NWN2, but I have never played it. Mostly out of disgust at how crappy it ran and looked. But come to think of it, I never fully patched it because of my internet (or lack there of). I have access to high speed any time I want, but only via my laptop. I'd hate to lug around my entire computer to patch the game.
Has anyone ever found a way to somehow patch NWN2 offline? As in downloading a big pack of the patches or something, sorta like you can do for NWN1? Or is it even possible?

I have never tried this and quit patching after I realized most PW servers were not going to pan out for the game.

Thanks, Nikko! I don't plan on playing NWN2 online at all, I should have added. Is this zip file the most up to date one? Even if not, it'll probably cut my time down by.. 9 days. x-D curses his cellphone net
