Connection problems

I've recently been having connection problems, not the first time though. It will connect till the character page (Sometimes not) and when I click to play, it just comes up a blank screen (Can sometimes hear the journal sound updating).
This happens during my mornings and afternoons, only time it will let me play is late at night. My guess is that its my ISP shaping things/making things slow. Everything else I do though seems to be working fine mostly during the time nwn does not, including other games so I may be wrong.
Any idea's? I've tried restarting internet and stuff. No luck. Im probably going to have to wait this problem out - but maybe I've not thought of something.
