Tafari researches Spell Alterations

Tafari raids the Knowledge Spire, explaining to the librarian that he is seeking a spell alteration called "Baleful Polymorph" that he is pretty sure exists, and may be tied to the fourth circle spell "Bestow Curse". He explains that he has tried every reagent he can think of to discover the spell, and is now seeking any account of the spell having previously been used, and some hint as to how his predecessors may have accomplished the feat.

[As a Librarian is about to reveal what he knows, he is quickly distracted by another man in the vestments of Mystra, who gives you a wink as he wanders off with the librarian, and whatever mystery he may have been about to share with you]

Tafari returns to the library another day, desperate for a clue and prepared to pay the librarian for his undivided attention.

As the Librarian is about to reveal what he knows, he suddenly falls asleep. Several other librarians and a man in the vestments of Mystra walk over and carefully carry him off to bed, they apologize profusely and say the man has not been getting enough sleep lately and needs a few nights off to rest.]

Again Tafari returns a few days later, armed with a bag gold and with a variety of counterspells prepared- eyes sharp for that pesky Mystran and his shenanigans.
