So I recently started concepting with my good friend Caek for an idea when Qu'Larq, my current main, is gone. I came up with an idea but I still think it needs some refinement. Constructive advice and comments are always appreciated. Thanks in advance for the help in making this my best character ever!
Subject Line: King-of-Hearts/Captain McSex/Faction HQ, Title.

3. Jimmy T. Gibbons (Purple Dragon), Jendall Warnen (Fivestar Bodyguard), Thomas Wright (Custodian of Candlekeep), Qu'Larq (New Kilgrave/Zhentarim)
4. King-of-Hearts Its about time I, Qu'Larq, 10:00AM-10:00PM GMT -6 EST
5. I've always thought that Arabel needed a stronger pirate presence based out of Immersea, and it's been my dream for a very long time to roleplay someone very sextastic. When Caek offered to be my first mate I knew it was destiny telling me I should apply immediately, regardless of my current character.
6. Captain McSex was born in the Pirate Isles to Linda and Artimus McSex, who named him Captain in anticipation of his future career. He was born with a peg leg and an eye-patch. Later, Captain McSex sought the help of a team of Gondite gnomengineers to craft a combination pirate ship/motorcycle, which he did successfully. He then proceeded to sail to Cormyr to make a name for himself, docking in Immersea.
7. Primary Goal: To gain divinity through sheer sexitude.
Subgoal 1: Gain the following of the Pirate Lords of Immersea by performing fantastic deeds for the people of Immersea.
1. Use a pirate crew assembled from the adventurers of Arabel and a network of allies outside his crew to gain favors from powerful individuals and creatures to use to better the lot of the people of Immersea.
2. Gain large amounts of treasure to donate to town of Immersea through adventure, using his crew to slay powerful monsters, and extorting the Court of Arabel to pay his crew for their threat-slaying abilities.Subgoal 2: Follow in Clar Banda's footsteps to Godhood.
1. Gain allies in what remains of the Pilgrims of the East Way, using their files and information to learn about Clar Banda and her ascention.
2. Investigate the East Way cemetary and other cites associated with Banda for clues and information on her ascention, as well as using the adventurers of Arabel to track down Banda's remaining powerful minions, defeating them, and questioning them.
3. Lead a pirate cursade against the Black Dragon Ithylibhor in an attempt to retrieve artifacts from his horde related to Clar Banda and her ascention. Utilizing his allies in Arabel, as well as instigating hatred toward the dragon by goading him into attacking the city.8. Caek has agreed to play as Captain McSex' first mate, who's name shall be Grumples McStumpy. The application is more specifically for Captain McSex' motorcycle pirate ship headquarters as well as his unusual name, and the title of Captain, which would go before his full name making him "Cpt. Captain McSex".

I belive the character's history is not good enough, as there is no such thing as "Pirate Islands" in FR, at least according to cannon sources.

You need more goals.
How will this involve city factions?Also, where do the gnomes fit in? We need some steam-powered chariot racing action. Winning the races depends on the gnome in the back seat fiddling with the Inverse Water Propulsion Matrix for maximum effect.
Also, where are the hot chicks?

You forgot to stick in Subgoal 3: Remove the motorcycle-pirate-ship's silencers with a hedge magic ritual and race it up and down the Wyvernwater, strategically driving past West Arabel at precisely 3am every night until they're all too deaf and sleep-depraved to notice you robbing the bank.
Do that and you get my Yes vote, and it won't even be the usual Yes (but really no) vote.
