Melogale investigates the dead guard from the Spire Event

Agent Melogale Bookseeker Turniptrampler (Really good heal, so so lore) comes into the morgue with Garrius Merrik (abjuration specialist wizard, good spellcraft/lore) and ask the young Kelmvornite priest to see the body of the "guard" who died in the recent incident in the Spire. They focus most of there investigation on the tattoo on his head, trying to determine if its infernal, magical and/or got any specific meaning or effect, through they check him over for any other symbols or clues to who he was.
