Reinstalling the game after not having played for 5 years or so, I'm wondering if mods free to download are available on the net and if they are any good?

The Restoration project is pretty good, I haven't tried many of the others (the ones I have tried weren't that great or were badly unbalanced).
On a side note, It's actually possible to complete this game in under 30 minutes! (realtime, not gametime)
