Horses

Horses.
Its been brought up time and time again.
I'm not looking for full implementation, I'm talking about Roleplay use only. Is that possible? For example, using horses (at a walk) to travel or for leadership characters (Red Hart, Obarstal comes to mind) to really stand out in a crowd.
How possible is this?

There are a few in the module for the npcs that need to stand out.
Are any pcs going to get them? i doubt it would improve anything, and those that would deserve them stand out in other ways!

Not until you guys can pay one of us about 20,000$ to take a few months off and do nothing but rebuild the entire module from the ground up.

Hrm… well, I have seen someone doing this (riding a horse) for laughs, so it -is- possible, even though the server doesn't support it for combat etc. However... might it not be fun to allow someone to do this on special occasions? Example: Obarstal is leaving Arabel, so let her ride out with her retinue in style? 8)
