Quick Dyeing Question

Now that the old crafting system has been deleted/removed, can players without armorcrafting skill dye their metal armors?

Yes, the (in my opinion) most depressing thing about the crafting system changeover, is that, currently, while you -can- dye your armour without having to have those annoying crafting choices, you cannot change the appearance of -any- clothing whatsoever any more.
Makes me real sad, I loved making unique outfits for characters, even if it did eat thousands of gold coins in alteration costs.
