Timing out

Okay, I've been encountering this problem since last night:-
Every time I log into CoA, I time out after a few seconds. Browsing and stuff seems to work just fine, as evidenced by my posting here.
Any help you guys can offer?

Can you ping the server at all? (74.63.41.14)

I can. It's like an intermittent burst of connectivity. I can play for 2 seconds, then timeout. I don't notice it while browsing, because that's mostly static. It does show up in streaming videos, too.
Seems a local issue, after all. Thanks anyway!
