Chainshirts

I've noticed a distinct lack of decent Chainshirts for sale anywhere, not even sure you can craft them as a blacksmith since I haven't found the design either. Anyone know where to obtain some decent ones?

And myself have found designs of chainshirt in silver and bronze.

Chainshirts are in the crafting system yeah. Pretty decent ones actually.
