Ophelia is informed that while the library has no tomes dealing with such a relic, she might consider obtaining a copy of either "Beyond the Veil" A tome on stars, the planes, and magic related to both or, "Staves, Rods, and Wands: Useful Trinkets for Useful Arcanists" a definative treatise on such relics. Either may offer more clues to aid in her search.
