Lathanderite Extremist Groups and Odd Rituals [Research]

Brynden Raines meanders into the Library and spends a healthy amount of time there searching through the stacks. He exhausts whatever resources available, whether it be bothering the librarians for help, or simply spending hour after hour looking for books on his own (after they've grown sick of his questions) that may contain information on the topics he is currently researching.
He seems to be looking up any history of Lathanderite extremist groups, specifically for any information regarding "Children of the Glorious Dawn" though he admits it may be a long shot. Any documented record of when a group of Lathanderites were getting into shady rituals or dealings would also be of interest to him.
He also searches through books on magic (both arcane and divine) for strange rituals involving swapping the mind or soul of two people. He would cross-reference this with any mentioning of "Creator Races" and if nothing is found, he would extend his search to encompass any Lathanderite texts where the body is simply referred to as a vessel that can be filled, replaced, change, etc.

while he finds nothing in his research, and in fact the librarians encourage that if he was to provide them with books on such topics, they would pay greatly. However, as he departs the library, he is unable to shake the feeling that he is being followed. A pair of beggars walking with a strange shuffle follow him most of the way back. Unresponsive, except for holding their hands out when approached.
