So…I make rap musics
-
I'm assembling a bunch of songs and verses that I've made over the years and re-releasing them as EPs. The first one was completed today:

It's hiphop but this first EP falls under the umbrella of "Nerdcore" and features tracks about D&D, Final Fantasy, Return of the Living Dead etc.

I really liked Ranger. and the start of StatSheet was hilarious.
Aussie accent gives rap a whole new twist. Much better.
-
Thanks! My accent actually isn't very pronounced compared to most Aussie rappers (I get asked if I'm South African, Irish, American, English or Kiwi quite regularly by Aussies).
-
My friends Random (aka Megaran) and Sammus recently invited me to guest star as Richter Belmont for their Castlevania album. If anyone's interested it can be purchased here (I also have free download codes if anyone is interested but can't/won't pay $7 for the digital download..just PM me):

album cover with me as richter, random as alucard and sammus as maria renard

That album cover is amazing.
Keep doing it man, I have nothing but respect for people who put together music and get it out there.
-
Thanks. It's never going to be anything more than a hobby, but it's a lot of fun and I do actually have a small following and occasionally get to work with much more talented people. My goal is to gradually reduce the degrees of separation between myself and my favourite artists. I'm down to three degrees to KRS-1, Rakim and Big Daddy Kane!
-
I make and play music myself, no bigger thrill than being on stage / in a studio / at home coming up with a riff (or a hook? I'm not down with rap vernacular!) that manifests into something awesome that you can then put out to a load of people - especially when you start to get a bit of a following.
Keep rocking like a hurricane.

Love the Aussie rap scene. This is good stuff man.
