Im abit too lazy to go through all the forum posts, though I think I have and I was in game earlier asking around so I want a brief explanation of whats new in the game since I've left! (Mechanically only, not story wise)

So far I've seen/been told of the haks, the three crafting options, the new things for the classes and not multiclassing and the new themes for sorcerers.

      Anything else of interest? :0

I might start playing again if I can find the time

Eliphas: Arch-druid of the initiated [Lingering spirit]
Slavarian Akhar: Chilling at Kossuth's side
Akdul Mephria - Master Criminal - Went off to find more power
Using the power of suggestion to alter the perception of others.

There are some new companions available who level with you. Both common and unique ones.

There are also new potion recipes with fixed prices for healing, it's actually possible to brew healing drinks and sell them. Some spells were buffed for brewing. Like divine shielding gives +4 deflection AC instead of +2, aid HP boost is higher for player brewed potions, ect.

Monks have neat bonuses now, they are available for multiclass monks (some even needs multiclassing). The way it works is pretty well summed up in the player resources forum.

If some poor English shows up in this post: and you're an English teacher, language-patriot or simply kind; please correct me. Thanks.

              welcome back hugs

there are a lot of changes, politically and in the maps (some big, some minor)

the new AI has been tweeked and is in a constant state of improvement (be careful with regards the AI however if a caster, I had a experience on monday where a gnoll tracker bee lined a great distance across a map to attack a stationary caster who was invisible, so there are a few minor bugs that are being addressed..it was kind of amusing ..i just stood and watched..what is that gnoll doing..he is running….hmm....wonder what he is in such a hurry for.."thump stabbity stab stab" whoah....how did he see me from so far away, none the less it was a bug i am sure, but it did look rather funny, more so because i survived)

there are 3 houses that can be joined and the silver bannermen, which is a feeding ground for potential retainers if i understand correctly.

there are a lot of new things, all improvements

somethings do remain the same however (shoot me a tell anytime you see me in game, i am willing and able to aid you in whatever i can, but the DMs are the best source of course, providing they have time)

I'm not totally useless, I can be used as a bad example

              main: Rav (wiped)
(is not a Vampire. Proof?: does not sparkle)
No! Stop touching me! I am the night
"i have approximate knowledge of many thing"
              retired: cilwa, eliane
