Unfortunately a few hours notice did not work out for us this time. We will not be able to be there due to real life committments. Good luck to all.

Up to you guys really, I can postpone it a few hours (2~5 hours if necessary) so we can get more people online.
-
I can make anytime today, server is kinda low on players at the moment too but I guess we'll see as the night goes on!
-
Can do anything up until about 1am GMT which is 5 and a half hours away.

Soo Im just curoius what everyone thought of this event? I got to say it took a rather lot of effort building up to it (Getting the regeants ever oh so painfully, and the other things needed, the supplies, the lies spread and the preparations).
As for what actually happened, Im suprised that:
1. There was no lag, even for me that comes from South Africa!
2. Enjoyable pvp, even though I don't actually enjoy it too much. That battle was seroiusly intense, I can honestly say I was confused half the time as to what was going on when hordes of players started showing up, though then again pvp is always difficult especially when you have too many items too use, combined with looking at whats happening AND still trying to roleplay what your doing AND give commands. Im sure the DM's would be interested in hearing what players think as well, how it was run, and so on.

Pretty damn awesome.

Got to agree, was an awesome event, lot's of mayhem and confusion on the battlefield but that's to be expected. Was nice to be involved in, in my small way.
I got abit laggy but I think that might've just been on my end.
From where I was sat, the pvp seemed to be considerate and well done.
Good, clean fun for all the familly :D

It was a well run event, and some pretty insane PvP that didn't turn into a server-wipe - while still being a a genuinely dangerous fight to be a part of and still significantly affecting the server. Kudos!

More feedbacks would be welcome.

i got lag… and the placeables in eveningstar dont make for easy running about!
BUt all that happened was considerate as far as PvP went. beaten down but not FD etc. a show of force from the baddies but not something that has resulted in having to make a load of new chars.
I preferred the closing the rift RP to the battle in eveningstar though, that might just be down to being utterly ineffectual in it!
-
Pretty much the same as Cadiz not to mention due to load times by the time i got there it was pretty much over.
-
Missed most of the Eveningstar action, as Adella left Immersea a little later than the Mage-guild, as she went to dump the dead pirate NPC citizen at the converted temple to be taken care of by the local clergy.
Shortest way to Eveningstar through the forest, but took the long way up over Calanter's Way, past the old Bresk estate and west on the highroad to Eveningstar there on (dual) purpose: seemed a safer route to go by herself, and might bring her in on a more advantageous side of any fight. Ran into a lone Hart on the way, and had him tag along, then noticed the rift and two or so mage-guilders (Amy Veln's character and Dredo I think) that seemed to have taken the long way round too. Went on to Eveningstar, taking out a few demons on the way. When we got there, the fight seemed over. Guild returned to the rift. Enjoyed the clean-up there.

I came too late for the event to give an overall impression.
But it was fun closing the gate near Eveningstar and Monty had the chance to shoot some arrows in the demons' knees.
Monty definitely ruined their adventurer career. -
It was fantastically fun. It is one of those life changing moments for my character and it was super awesome to watch and be a part of!
