Metaplot not moving is keeping everything else down
-
I don't know what caused it, but the fact is that the metaplot has not moved at all in at least 3 weeks now. Which would normally be fine, but with such a far reaching, world-ending thing looming over our heads, the problem is that it's putting almost everything else to a grinding halt. (With a few exceptions).
To put things into perspective, it's hard to place focus on anything minor when you know that there's a big chance that it'll be erased immediately once the metaplot takes the next step, whatever it will be. You're not worried about doing he dishes when you know a nuclear missile is headed towards your city.
Whatever the reason for this sudden halt, i encourage the DMs to find a way to end it if they're not going to see it through, because i really feel it's got everything else, and almost everyone else's plans, on a big pause right now.
If we're not going to see it through, find a way to just make it go away, we cannot have this constantly looming over our heads.
Thoughts?

The DM team is discussing what to do. The driving force behind the metaplot was largely Pancake and the rest of us were playing support (I toolsetted 90% of the city changes, for example).
Then he vanished and disappeared, we waited a bit for him to return- but it's getting to a point that action needs to be taken.
We'll get back to you soon.

That's good to know!
