Player Priorities in 2019

Would be interesting to hear what everyone thinks the main priorities would be from a gameplay perspective. This is not really what the DMs will do, just what you would like.
Personally, I'd like the exploration to be reworked a bit, and would like PC facilities added, particularly PC stores more so than PC housing. I would also like crafting reworked. I like the Arabel crafting system, but finding the steel weapons are no longer worth making since you you basically get a +1 weapon +1d4 damage, which is only slightly better than what you get from the caravan.
The leatherworking is slightly better, but could use a rework. Ironwood crafting probably needs a slight buff.

More class variation in the form of kits; including fixing Monks, would top my list.

Fixing lag issues all on my list from 1-10

May I ask what the admins/storytellers have as a priority list right now?
I feel like maybe some things are missing, ie like just cleaning up scripts (ie bugs that might relate to lag) right now...ie they have more work than this poll shows right now, ie this poll might not be an accurate assessment of problems/ work load they are or need to take on, and where priorities should be right now... at least not without realizing how much other work they are doing/ that needs to be done, etc.
So like player priorities are fine, etc, just as long as folks know there are other priorities that are higher on the list that the team is already working on quite a bit, and probably shouldn't take their focus off of too much, right now. nwn:ee is still a work in progress right now, as well, ie beamdog is still churning out some updates- it might be nice to know what they are working on, their priority list, and how these changes might affect work that needs to be done by the dm team to keep CoA running ok etc... so the game 'keeps mostly working' before we work on the frills, etc.
My pick of these, for before the server gets too big, is to have a good working dm faction, possibly the city militia, being mostly good aligned, mostly or in large part working on resolving player conflict issues, with a lot of dm support and a fair number of players (even if these are alts) so the work is spread around, so that inter-player conflict, especially for new players, gets resolved quickly, players get mentored, noone leaves the server with a sour taste in their mouth because another new player or a regular decides noone will care/ do anything about it, so griefs people whenever they want, and gets conversations where anyone tries to bring these issues up anywhere else thread-locked, people forum banned, etc.
If you keep not managing this, either a) it will seriously affect what kind of player base you have, in that only people ok with this kind of 'rough play' will hang around, the server will get a bad name in some circles and keep numbers low, or generally you will get new players starting very bad habits and sportsmanship in how they play, when they decide to try to make their own justice, etc.
I know its too much work for the team to handle if the player numbers jumped suddenly, but its pretty important, and I know for a fact its why a lot of players left the server.
It would mean more paperwork and so on 'behind the scenes', but it would mean issues actually getting dealt with, and the server not getting tainted with feelings of bad blood for the people who remain, etc.
Even automated forms, that go to a restricted part of the forums to only certain people, maybe admins etc, would at least make it easier to 'log' things, and keep track of what is going on, if there are some issues that come up, so even if it couldn't be dealt with on a case by case basis, longer term issues would at least be seen, the team be aware of it, not easily silenced by people who want to throw their weight around, but also not filling the forums and other player spaces with vitriol and OOC hate.
So not ignored, but also not having to be even everyones' faces, all the time, and making things less fun for people generally on the server.

You have to admit it's a lot better. We can only do so much. Cannot control your machines, or your network providers, or the weather in freaking New Jersey.

It is. I don't lag anywhere else, so i don't think the problem is my machine. I never said it was not better.

The title mislead me. By Player Priorities, I assumed it meant the players would be helping us to build and implement all of these awesome systems in the New Year?
It's nice to have an idea of needs and the sort of content people enjoy or would like to see restored, but these stats aren't really tangible nor do they get us any closer to the desired fixes.
The best way to see things like this change is to help out if you have the knowledge, but ultimately will always get done when someone is available/wants to work on it.

A lot of this is already on the LIST

Kits would be easy, since most work is done and youd just be tweaking existing code. Main thing would be to check if stuff like damage immunity works.
Exploration would be designing exploration areas and having nice loot dropping. I suspect some players would do that.
PC housing - just change the door on the lab to a key like the house in old town.

The List :trade_mark:
WiP :trade_mark:Keep the ideas coming and as Bowserbro said, if you say “Here is my idea and here’s what I can do to help with it” that dramatically will increaae the chance.
