Thayan Event
-
Didn't want to clog the Bulletin Board post.
The Thayan events are always good fun, however the one planned for tomorrow falls at 5pm and 12pm for the UKers, the first of which most people will be at work and the second most will be heading off to bed.
Is there any chance of pushing the first event back two hours or the bringing the second event forward by two?
Ta.

Yes pls

Seconded.
-
Pls pls, especially with my new work schedule >.<

It's 2am and 9am on a workday for aus folks. Can the second one be moved by 12 hours so that more people can attend also?
-
I'll attend one of them either way, but either suggestion for a 2 hour or 12 hour postponement will help immensely.

That's 12pm and 9am on a workday for 'Muricans. Neither of those work at all.
No matter what happens, there will be a timezone that will be missed.
Best time for Thayan arena is a weekend where 90% of players can make it (some stay up late, but hey, its a weekend)

Yes, Friday or Saturday night best.

It's noon and 7PM for americans on the east coast. 9AM and 3PM for west coasters.

I was hoping to make the 5pm gmt one tomorrow but if it was moved forward to 7pm I could still make it. That's pretty much the best time for me as far as weeknights go, and it will be nice to actually be able to participate in an event since most of them start at 11pm, an hour after I go to bed.

Yes, Friday or Saturday night best.
Could we actually move it to a Friday or a Saturday if possible? There'd be a way bigger turnout :D

I can delay it to Saturday, if people really want- but at the end of the day these tournaments depend on MY availability. Which is random and inconsistent. Unless a DM wants to run it on Saturday, I can't promise it will happen.
I can promise Tuesday, however. I will try and make it even earlier, 10:00 AM EST then?

Earlier on the early one is bad for Euro players. That means it's 3pm, which will have even more people at work still. For Aussies it's still midnight, which I don't think would be much difference for them either.
If the later one was moved 2 hours earlier then it would be 10pm, which would be doable for most of us, I assume. However that would be 7am for Aussies then.If early was moved 3-4 hours earlier than it would be Aussie evening and US morning and if the later one was moved 2 hours earlier it's be euro evening and US afternoon. That then isn't ideal for US.
If you want to involve every TZ it would have to be done on the weekend and the currently announced time would be appropriate since a lot more people could stay up late or wouldn't have work.
In short, moving the early one 2 hours earlier doesn't help any of these TZs >_>

Okay.
2:00pm EST it is for the first bout. 7:00pm EST for the 2nd bout. If you can fight in the second, PLEASE DO NOT apply for the 1st, but feel free to watch.

Actually moving the first one forward two hours (or at least keeping it the same) would be better for my zone fearmoho. Means at least one would be within hours that can be attended.
-
Now I am confused as to when it actually is. Someone post that timezone countdown thing for the new time!
-
in a little over 3 hours for the first event from this post
-
Posting to see what time it is…
Edit: Ach, I missed it! -
The second one is in an hour and a half I think.
