Sea of Fallen Stars & Wild Magic
-
_Lark stays late in the library and checks on the following;
On the Sea of Fallen Stars specifically, she searches for any mention of the strange happenings not contained in Narfel's Guide, records of a Mythal lost or fallen nearby, or records of the Netherese ever having utilized the inland sea. Although they would be current events, she also searches in any newer volumes about references to plants or animals dying off, or planar beings being drawn to the area, in the off chance it might be mentioned in travel logs or the accounts of sailors.
She also looks for any legends, myths, or information regarding the Sahuagin reported, in Narfel's guide, or any mention of wild magic beyond that contained in Erasmus Amraphel's_ Impressions on the Shadovar.

[Wild magic is a legacy of the time of troubles, when the weave began functioning erratically. The librarians inform Lark that what she's referring to is "Hedge Magic", a form of primitive and poorly understood ritualism practiced by tribals, gypsies or charlatans. They debate on whether or not what the Imperial Ambassador says is true, that it is a diluted form of Netherese High Magic corrupted by centuries of oral traditions.]

The next morning she continues to search after any information on the Sea of Fallen Stars; the library seeming deficient of this, she begins searching for other texts which might even make mention of the area.

Nothing save what's already there.
