Trips to Immersea

So suppose the trip to Immersea involved possible 'events' rather than just paying 15 gold to travel to a different district of Arabel to do some quests.
What kinds of 'events' would people want?

I would say make it optional, like your boat finds a mystery island, you appear on the boat with a rope leading to the island and a transition leading back into the boat.
You can choose to explore the island or just huddle in the boat and wait till it departs.You find a ghost ship, floating but seemingly no one above deck, do you keep going or board the ship and look around… etc etc.

Trouble with that is you transition alone so you would be away from your party if it's random chance.

Some would be optional, some would not. It'd be balanced for solo or not anyway.

Pirate raids,little quests protecting a village from raiders on a small island something like that. -
Mutiny. Maybe persuasion/charisma checks or fight, maybe bribe.
Old pirates from Immersea would be fun too, even though pirates spawns in a island already. Never too much pirates!
