At this point it is safe to assume Animus is a failed Battlemage, is no longer the Minister of Magic, and has returned back to the College of War Wizards in Suzail. I had bigger plans for him, but other things got in the way and burn out was real. Sorry all!
This goes out to Pancake, for pushing some awesome plot lines, and working with players to really try to use their input as well. You made the game fun! And to Professor for all the Helm plots and helping Mildred to redeem herself. And to Paramour... who literally tried to teach me how to PVP and helped put layers into Mildreds role play.
@Zargen-of-Zandor I love that PC. That was the opportunity Horace was waiting for! He is specialized to help people being somewhat on the edge of the community or are different or have problems. (Oh, yes, with today's events Scull is not on the edge anymore, but was.) So, I hope I can play out my PC well with Scull's necro problems!
Thank you for the RP, it was great
Thanks to SithSpawn for an excellent chapter in the life of Toussaint Avantageux, and his first proper death roleplayed as such (he got raised, later).
The Errant of Sune grows into his role, with painful defeat upon painful defeat, but you can't very well rise gloriously if you've never fallen disgracefully.
Aliri. (Yesterday she was Scion, then Knight, the month before she was a Dame - now a Lord… Tomorrow?)
So! Yeah, she's well developed emotionally. One can see how she struggles between her former simpler life and the path she chooses at every step, deciding between the greater good and her own sanity.
She also represents her alignment to the letter and isn't married to any one friendship. Thiir weeps salty tears.
Oh that PRAISE stuff was hilarious. Made me grin every time a Cleric went for such obvious empty flattery.
But the best thing was when one of Frado's plans didn't go as expected and he returned to the Spire feeling blue.
Horgar kept asking, "What blessed us so as to wipe the grin off the gnome's face" and nobody answered him.
Quick characterisation tricks when your fleshing your character personality.
Playing a evil character? what's your character virtues?
Playing a good character? What's your character vices?
Playing any character? How do they justify their morality in there own head? Especially important with subtle sneaky types.
Pick three gods your character likes, make sure least one of them a step or two away from your alignment.
Stereotypes tend to be good starting points. Just put some flesh on them.
Thanks to the cage fighting crowd tonight, especially Petruchio and Mulg the Monster! Absolutely brilliant combo.
Yes, it was quite wonderful. It was a chaotic mess, and it was a boatload of fun!
