RE: Out of Game / Leaving Thread
Rage! Grr! Salt! Quitting forever and ever! Retiring Robin because she’s so fun to play as that I should have made her Batman instead! Retiring Claeryss because people don’t want her teapot to have dragon wings and a bulette carapace! And Minna because clearly she’s not cared for by aaaaaanyone!
...Heh, no. Going with my husband on a trip - thank you so much for all the love my characters have received lately, and the love given back OOCly too. See you Saturday, friends!

Nights beneath the candle - Jeriah Chronos
*Claeryss, co-founder of the late Scriptorium and of the fledgling Mages' Guild, arcane adviser of trust to multiple organizations and individuals, lorekeeper of the Evereskan House Sworn To History and publisher of three historical novels (with 22 int and max lore/spellcraft), starts to spend a good portion of her research time looking for traces of a story: of Jeriah Chronos, the Netherese Chronomancer said to have created the first time-oriented spell: time stop... A Transmutation of time itself.
She sent letters to Evereska as an official lorekeeper, and to Suzail's Daelish embassy (where the ambassador himself was a friend), to request from them a moment of their maesters' time, to check if they had any leads for her to pursue with Maguuk and Saranja... In the meantime, the lorekeeper herself busied her nights combing the local libraries and visiting the usual dwells where mages went to relax - such as the World Serpent Inn, to see if a mage past a couple of drinks would reveal any clues for her...
The (16 cha) mage (with max persuade) made sure to wear her pencil skirt as nerdy as possible, of course... *

RE: Being Inclusive and Arabel
_Dagon literally destroyed one of my character concepts, did terrible things to me IC, his PC was a total dirtbag that I can't even talk about without getting mad… Yet the character I played after that one was Dagon's sister, and she loved his character to death: I retired her for him. We play League of Legends and Age of Empires and whatnot, often: we've bonded, despite our IC struggle. Tancred? His latest PC? We barely interact. See a pattern? IC does not equate OOC my friend. Yes, both my most recent PCs absolutely despise your current PC, but that doesn't mean I would not concept you for the next one or invite you to do X outside of Arabel.
All I have to say is: respect IC interactions if they are indeed IC, and do not internalize them. Do take in mind that your character is probably the most mechanically annoying of all bad guys possible: so sneaky and so unpredictable that it is a hazard to have him around for any character with int 12+ and a good alignment. Have you considered that people don't want to interact with the mechanical aspect of your character, instead of -you-? Because I sure as hell don't want to be online whenever I see your PC is on as well. I don't want to be checking my coin purse and counting my potions every five minutes._

Claeryss on ancient tanning methods on giant monsters
The little knight of lore spends countless hours in the library of Oghma, lost amidst its corridors and sitting cross-legged amidst mountains of books on the floor. She asks, to the books, in their language of ink, if ancient tribes - or even modern hunters - had managed to bring down a White Mother: a reclusive and rare ancient form of a Dire Snow Tiger. If they did, she'd research for their location so she could travel and learn first-hand what they did with such a rare pelt, and what methods they utilized to tan it. She seeks to show them the hide she has, and have them help her make a cloak.

RE: Shards Online new kickstarter
When do you think we'll be able to create player-controlled servers to try our own?

An elf asking questions
_Around the city, in different tiers of society, Claeryss can be seen interviewing people about their opinions of the former Warden of the North, Lord Hardcastle. She tells them it's for a book she is writing about how he affected the city positively and negatively, and about what the future of Arabel holds under Lady Lhal. At the end of this conversation, she asks them what they think will happen to:
-The Warforged
-The Penal Legion as a life-sentence only
-Economy and technology_
